This course provides step-by-step training on scheduling Firehouse Movers Portable (PORT) deliveries and pickups for both loading jobs and storage-only rentals. You’ll learn how to properly enter job and customer information in SmartMoving, use the Box Deliver section, and add events in the Office Calendar. Emphasis is placed on accurately recording whether the PORT is FULL or EMPTY and including any special placement instructions. The course also covers coordination between the Concierge and Operations teams, including how to prepare drivers, confirm details with customers, and email required delivery documentation. You'll master the daily planning routine for Operations, customer notification procedures, and the correct email format for reporting deliveries. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to confidently schedule PORT drop-offs and pickups, document all necessary details, and ensure a smooth process from delivery to account closure.
