You’ll learn how to navigate the Dispatch screen in SmartMoving to check truck availability, confirm that no other third moves are scheduled, and obtain manager approval before proceeding. The course guides you through explaining the 1 PM–5 PM flexible arrival window to the customer and documenting key details in Internal, Crew, and Customer Notes. You'll also master selecting the correct booking slot labeled “3rd Move – Crew will give 30–45 min before arrival notice!” and understand the importance of sending the estimate immediately to confirm expectations. By the end, you’ll be equipped to manage third move bookings confidently while ensuring compliance, communication accuracy, and exceptional customer experience.
