You’ll learn when to use this estimate type—specifically when a customer is purchasing supplies without booking a move—and how to properly duplicate an existing estimate while removing all move-related charges such as fuel, trip fee, and valuation. The course covers selecting the correct move size (“NO MOVE only Materials/Supplies/Uniforms”), setting the hourly rate to zero, and adding delivery fees if applicable. You'll also learn how to manage material pickups, when to charge customers based on their move date, and how to handle payments, including card convenience fees. By the end of this course, you’ll be confident in building clean, accurate materials-only quotes that align with Firehouse Movers’ policies and provide a smooth customer experience.
